Starting Your Day - Vaporizer Preparation

If Vaporox treatments are scheduled for any part of the day, please ensure that this best practice is included in your morning routine. 

 

  1. Power On the Equipment Module
  2. Assemble the Vaporizer (as shown below)
    • Verify that the vaporizer has been cleaned from the previous treatment day




  3. Install the Vaporizer
    • Install the vaporizer by pulling the retaining clip back and placing the vaporizer onto the top of the equipment enclosure, and then releasing the retaining clip
    • Ensure that the retaining clip rests inside the vaporizer retaining pocket
  4. Check Monitor Screen
    • Ensure that the screen reads "MEASURING LEVEL" then "PLEASE ADD FLUID"

  1. Add 500mL of Sterile Water for Irrigation
    • Open the blue cap and pour in 250mL (or about half of a 500mL bottle) of sterile water.
    • The screen should now read "PREPARING VAPORIZER" 
    • Add the remaining 250mL of sterile water (filling to a total of 500mL)
  2. Let the Vaporizer Prepare Until the Screen Says "SYSTEM READY"
    • Out-of-box vaporizers take 5-10 minutes, on average. If this step takes longer than 15 minutes, please contact Support. 
  3. Begin Treatment
    • Once the "SYSTEM READY" status appears, please select the appropriate number of cycles and press the "BEGIN TREATMENT" button

 

During the Treatment Day:

  • Add Treatment Solution as Needed: After several treatments, the device will prompt you when it's time to add more treatment solution. Here’s how to proceed:
    • Open a new 500ml bottle of sterile water for irrigation, but refill cautiously—pour only half of the bottle into the blue cap of the vaporizer, aiming for 250ml. 
    • Reserve the half-filled bottle for subsequent refills as directed by the device, not for the initial fill at the start of the treatment day.
  • Equipment Sanitization: Wipe down the pole, equipment, and basin between every treatment and at the end of every treatment day.
