High Oxygen Flow Detected Error Code: 00000200

Please follow the steps below to resolve the issue:

  • Power Off: Press the power button off
  • Power On: Wait 5 seconds and press the power button on
  • If this error occurred during a treatment please see step 4. If this error occurred during an o2 maintenance cycle please navigate back to the wrench logo, and press the o2 maintenance button.
    • Sometimes this error occurs numerous times; please be patient and keep attempting o2 maintenance.
Resume Treatment: If the treatment was interrupted, please adjust the treatment time by pressing the "-" button on "select cycles" to shorten the time. Every time you press the "-" button, an entire cycle (9 minutes of vapor and 5 minutes of oxygen: 14 minutes total) is removed from the treatment time. Power Off: Turn off the device.
  1. Power On: Turn the device back on after a brief wait.
  2. Resume Treatment: Continue with the planned treatment.
