Please follow the steps below to resolve the issue:
- Power Off: Press the power button off
- Power On: Wait 5 seconds and press the power button on
- If this error occurred during a treatment please see step 4. If this error occurred during an o2 maintenance cycle please navigate back to the wrench logo, and press the o2 maintenance button.
- Sometimes this error occurs numerous times; please be patient and keep attempting o2 maintenance.
- Power On: Turn the device back on after a brief wait.
- Resume Treatment: Continue with the planned treatment.
