Vaporizer Not Reading Fluid Level

Please be aware if this status is causing any issues or delays they do not generate an error code, which means that our team does not receive an automatic notification. To assist us in diagnosing and resolving the problem, please see below:

If your vaporizer is not detecting the fluid level correctly, please follow these troubleshooting steps:

  1. Check Screen Status:
          Please look for a screen status on the bottom left corner:
    • Install Vaporizer
    • Measuring Level
    • Please Add Fluid 
    • Preparing Vaporizer
    • System Ready
  1. Check Fluid Amount:
    • Ensure that you have poured 500ml of treatment solution into the blue cap of the vaporizer
  2. Fluid Level Indicator
    • Check if the fluid level indicator on the device is showing "Low."
    • If the screen status is prompting to add more fluid, this might indicate that the vaporizer is malfunctioning.
  3. Patient Readiness
    • If a patient is awaiting a treatment, text support to 303-223-0033.
      • Grab your backup vaporizer
        • Pour 500ml's of treatment solution through the blue cap
